Mark Greenhalgh, the First XV Captain, Ladies XV Coach, Webmaster, Committee Member and general helper at Eccles Rugby Football Club would like to introduce himself and the club to the wider Community. Hopefully, this will bring forward more sponsors and volunteers.
Mark writes that despite being in the area since 1897 (on Gorton Street, M30 7LZ, since 1948), you may not know much about Eccles RFC. We like to think of ourselves as more than a normal rugby club. We believe in providing sport and facilities to our community, and being as inclusive as possible.
