There was a meeting arranged by six local councillors with Richard Green (RHS Bridgewater Worsley). Councillors present were Councillors Karen Garrido, Les Turner, Robin Garrido, Darren Ward, Bob Clarke and Jillian Collinson. Jim Taylor (Chief Executive Salford Council) Ben Dolan (Director Environmental Services Salford Council) also attended the meeting.
