Welcome to November's edition of our magazine - here's our November newsletter - with some advance notice of all the fun stuff we've got going on over December as well, with two spectacular concerts, and the Christmas Tree Festival, as well as our Carol Service and Blue Christmas Service for those who need some gentle time to mourn the absence of loved ones. And of course, the building work will be completing at the end of November, so you can all come and see the wonderful improvements we've made to the building!
Just a reminder as well that our film club is on this Friday, 7.30pm in the hall, showing Kinky Boots. Do come along if you are free, no charge though donations towards the building work are welcome. Hopefully we'll have got rid of the dust and debris from the first part of the building work in the hall to repair the stairwell - if not, we'll give you a duster each as well as the popcorn! Please do also remember to follow us on Facebook - lots of information about our Christmas events will be going up there soon, and you don't want to miss it! And share everything to all your friends as well!

Also, a notice that didn't get organised in time to make it into the actual newsletter - we thought that film club would have to be cancelled for the winter - but it isn't! The hall is now free on Friday nights, so we have two grown up films, and a kids' film for December planned for you, as follows:
Friday 25th October 7.30pm - Kinky Boots
Friday 29th November 7.30pm - A Star is Born
Friday 27th December 2pm - Frozen
Do come and join us if you can.
And finally, at our EGM on Sunday 29th September, it was agreed that the church would begin work to convert to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, and to arrange a merge in the process with the Monton Memorial School Trust. This will all take some time to do, as there is plenty of bureaucracy surrounding it, but as with all our work, we will keep you updated.
Blessings to you all
